Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: 22 June 2026

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and The Murphyverse Ltd, trading as Pointio, regarding your use of pointio.co.uk.

2. Software Provision and Licensing

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our single-tenant software. The underlying intellectual property remains the sole property of The Murphyverse Ltd.

3. Subscriptions and Payment

Founding Five members receive a £0 setup fee and a fixed subscription of £30 per month. Payments are billed automatically.

4. Client Responsibilities

You retain ownership of your end-client data. You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to collect this data and must maintain your own privacy policy for your customers.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, The Murphyverse Ltd is not liable for indirect damages or loss of data resulting from your use of the platform.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Scotland, and the courts of Scotland have exclusive jurisdiction.
